The cutoff date for ordering NERDS '13 tee shirts and other merch is coming up fast on July 20th!!

Oh geeze... if anyone out there is considering ordering NERDS tee shirts and stuff, please get goin' with it!

I just went through the inventorying and dry run calculations of the order only to find that the screen printers have raised their rates (not unusual) and I was basing my prices on a minimum quantity of 26 shirt orders, and right now we only have 16 shirts ordered. huh? Even if we do make the 26, due to the price printer's increases I will be paying out of my own pocket, and I'm OK with that, but not happy how much I'll be paying on just 16 shirts.

In past years we ordered more than 52 shirts!! What gives?

So order up you wah-hoos! Those short sleeve shirts are a freakin' bargain at $12.50 and are sure to become collectors items with such a limited and selective distribution.

Room shares are encouraged. Especially with the room pricing structure this year.

A single pays the same rate per room per night as a double this year, but the double gets to split the cost and gets two full country breakfasts for the same $$.

I guess if you are a single who doesn't want to share you can eat two breakfasts in teh morning to make up for it.

This thread is as good a place as any to request PMs to connect for shares.

Steamer just had a big huge parting of the ways w his live-in g/f (Sara) ..maybe CFR was too much away time for here? u know, withdrawals without the Stud-man

So maybe Steamer needs a roommate (Wine Guy? ...anyone?) I booked Rooms 121 & 123, both 2x Queens.

As it (still) stands, my g/f Debbie says she's going and she won't allow the Steamer to roll-away/bunk up w us. Sorry Steam.

Just get your buddies to buy (more) shirts and it will all come out in the wash. If we make it near 50 shirt orders I'll be whole. If we get close I'll buy the extras to make it over 50 and then sell them off at the event. Last two years we beat the 50 mark no problems, this year... not yet.

But Hey... We're up to 17 shirts ordered now.

And thanks for the sentiments, but I really don't mind if I have to pay out. I'd rather do that than have to collect more from folks.

Freddy you whiny pussy, the room is booked but PayPal is crashing when I try to add anything to the cart to order some shirts & stickers. Can you list the PayPal address and I'll put in the comment section what I want and we can try it that way??

OK, I just did some testing and it appears that the code running on our NERDS web site merchandise ordering page is no longer compatible with all browsers. When I attempted an order using MS Internet Explorer it gave me "Sorry — your last action could not be completed" error screen. It does seem to work flawlessly in Firefox, but I realize not everyone runs the same browsers.

The web site used to work on Chrome, IE and Firefox (we tested it) but something has changed somewhere. And now NERDS Webmaster Ed is busy working in Pittsburgher land so getting that code fixed quickly probably won't happen.

If you'd like to place an order you can send me an email at fjr.nerds at gmail dot com with what you'd like and I can send you an invoice (to your return email address, or else tell me where to send it) for the shirts and other merch.

Either that or you can figure out your own totals and send me the cash at the same address as above on Paypal, and just be sure to let me know what it is that you want.

I'll send back a confirmation I got your order correctly either way.
