Suspension shock appeared on dash?

I have a 2014 es. Battery died had to jump start. Subsequently, picture of shock now appears on dash. Also, when going through menu suspension settings are no longer available. How do I reset/has anyone else experienced same problem. Help would be appreciated.

I appreciate your reply. My guess is the information is entirely correct. However, I have never done a diagnostic before, and unless someone can give me a step by step tutorial for dummies, I will probably take it to a dealer. Thanks so much for your assistance.
