Hi all. Where is the best place to mount a UHF CB radio on the FJR. I have a GME TX6100 (Aussie Build) it is small (about the size of a pkt of 20 smokes). Installing with a Starcom system. Suggestions would be welcome.

Thanks

Paul

I put my VHF/UHF dual band in my tank bag, with an antenna lead running down the length of the bike to an antenna mounted on the license plate bracket.

Do you want the radio controls to be accessible? If so then you'll want something on the handlebars mounted to a RAM mount.

By the way - UHF and CB are completely different frequency bands in North America. CB has been pretty much replaced by FRS/GMRS (UHF) around these parts.

Crikey!! That ain't no Mer-loathe, mate. That's an Auzzie Cab!

And that's not just a friend, it's a Sheepdog, fer gawds sakes.

They can drink Merlot (or weasel piss for that matter) and then kick your wimpy azz for good measure.

;)

BTW, nice lookin' mutt, Rob. Even if (s)he is an alcoholic.
