Last week I noticed that the rear of my bike dropped down when I leaned on it. The seal had failed and the fluid ran out. I had about 20,000 hard miles on the shock. This may be the the rebuild point on the shock. I returned the the shock to Klaus and within a couple of work days I received a phone call the shock was repaired. The shock was repaired free of charge, and Klaus changed a few things things I asked about. I have heard people complain about the service, but I have to say that I have always been happy with his service.
