Tokyo ’07: Yamaha Tesseract Concept

Mounted in that spidery chassis is a V-Twin motor that’s the basis for a hybrid propulsion unit. Front suspension is something Yamaha calls “dual scythe,” and like the Piaggio MP3, the wheels lean with the chassis into the turns to impart that authentic motorcycle-riding feel.

Bubba's got a cool new four wheeler to go hunnen with.

Why the hole in the top of the fender? That'l keep the rain and mud off.

Ya know,

It makes me

want to go get the...

RAID !!

Looks like it would be a hoot to ride , but almost kinda transformer-ish?

I think it's a great idea. I can think of three people I know who might be tempted to get back into biking because of it.

Also, just so I can fit in here, I think ALL butt jewelry is UGley.

Those aren't holes, they're gun ports! (You know you want twin mounted 50 cals to help you deal with "difficult" traffic now don't you?)

This is on Yamaha Canada's website as a proto, and I think they're just watching for reaction. I could see Sylvia riding one if the upper body strength required to turn it is more like a bike and less like a quad (deal breaker for us on the CanAm Spyder). As it appears to lean more like a bike, that could be the case. Bring it on, MamaYama! :clapping: :yahoo:
