No, and is very expensive. There are other GPS mounts for less $$$'s.

Personally, I stick with RAM mounts because as vehicles and devices come and go over the years I know I can mix and match RAM parts and make any device work with any vehicle.

That looks like it would work just fine, but you can make the same configuration with RAM parts for half the price.
