Is it really crashing if you don't fall down?--I wouldn't change a fucking thing; I've lived hard, played hard, and I ain't done yet. I've paid some severe penalties along the way, but the rewards have been so much greater; even if for just have participating in the game of life with utmost abandon. It's not who rides the furthest in a day, but rather in a lifetime. CBA member #1, IBA #31845 and very proud of both.

Michelle, I dont know what Richard has planned for us on the ride up. I guess we havent thought that far out yet. I think we are talking 2 days to ride up, and two days back. I am a charter member of the CAA, and I dont see the benefit of killing my self to get anywhere. But on these rides I usually go up to LA the night before so I save myself the traffic nightmare and the 120 mile less ride that day. So Richard will see this post and yours and probably give us some idea what he is thinking

Most of you will remember that Andy was involved in a bad wreck, a few years ago. He is still in a lot of pain from the residual injuries and it seems to be getting worse. He hasn't ridden his beloved dirt bike in months, and the GS sits in the garage gathering dust apart from an odd ride to work here and there.
We have a road trip planned for next month, which I'm hoping he'll be able to ride a bike for. How he does with that will decide whether or not I book us in for Eureka.
To prevent life getting boring, without a bike to ride, he bought himself an old Jeep for commuting. The top, doors and windows have all been removed so it feels a BIT like riding a very noisy bike. We've taken it to the desert a few times now and it's a lot of fun to drive. Even better, we can take the dogs with us when we go out for a ride now.
Clicky here.
