Fixed it for ya HRZ...Don't think so. The heated grips were added in
20102011, and the throttle was changed in '08, or '09, so, like Skooter says, unless it was some fuel mapping or something, nothing has changed. Hell, I bet all the parts are even interchangable.
I had a 2010 and now have a 2011. The heated grips are nice and the bike seems to have a deeper sound to it, otherwise the same to me. Since having the heated grips, it would be hard to have one without em now.

Anyways, since the OP has a Blue bike, why not go for a purdy Silver one... I bet you can get a much better deal on an 11 than a 12...
