    Thanks. And besides, even on steeper raked bikes, do you need a steering damper riding it on the streets? I don't see it.

    Never had one but for our kind of bike riding in the street and highways up to maybe an occasional 100+mph, do you need a steering damper for safety or prevent a tankslapper? My friend on his 900cc Kawa had one but I ride faster than him on any curves and sweepers..and he told me I should get...

    Thanks for posting. Brings back memories. When we went to Yellowstone in 2003, we passed through Beartooth Hway because it was rated the most scenic drive in U.S.

    If you haven't emptied and put a fresh fuel do it and start add seafoam.. might or might not do the trick.

    For a stock fork and riding hard on the twisties, yes, fork brace will help if you also tightened your rebound and compression rate.

    This is just what I thought... What always boggles me is why on my FJR the front always wears first. Not on my other bikes before. And, the OEM Metzeler's uneven wear is something to think of. One thing for sure is we have a well balance sport touring bike that we ride like a sports bike but...
