Hey, I too used the tech mount stem mount. Nice and easy to install, out of the way, still can see my Zumo550 over the tank bag. It's what you want that will make the decision for you. RAM stuff is great too. Use then for my Droid X and my HD cam. Good luck.

Hey team Hoping you can help me out. Before I bought the shark evo st helmet,revzilla told me that a cardo scala would connect up to the sharktooth. So far they do not. Main reason why I bought it. Would have bought the scala instead. Anybody got any ideas?

Check with Rifle. They come in all sizes and the colors too. They even do custom stuff. A bit bias since I've got one. 4" taller 4" wider. Love it. Virtually eliminates back pressure.

Installed the PC-III about 6k ago. First thing I noticed was the great bottom end. The funky twitch is gone gone gone. Worth every penny. As the others said the tech is FOS. :lol: :lol:

Santa gave me a set of Yamaha heated grips. And a close friend of mine (FJR owner) gave me a service manual to help with the install. Grips are very useful here in CT especially during this NorEaster !!! :huh:

Hey Bungie, Do you think they would fit on an '08? Also see you did the V-Storm hand guard update. Any issues with them hitting your wind sheild? I've got a Rifle on my ride and need to "mod" the lower corners of the plexi in order to clear the guards to lock the bike. ciao Hank

Go with the 550. Lots of goodies (options) plus it comes with all the gear to mount it in your car on those days when your FJR is resting.

Hey Bill, Got the light grey on my '08. Looks very nice mainly since the bike is raven black. I went with the lighter of the offering. I didn't want my line of sight to be influenced at dusk/evening with the screen up. The screen is a great upgrade. What a difference in back preassure...
