Do you recommend to use blue thread lock for the installation?

This sounds like a possible cause. How do I check for vacumm leaks? I have never played with FI engines but I have heard the term body trottle sync. Is this something that should also be considered?

I'm pretty sure that idle RPMs wrere above 1100 RPMs but no way to confirm it for now. Bike has been stored since November and will only see the road again in April (hopefully) This is the "beauty" of living in Canada

Problem only happens accelerating from low RPMs i.e. 1st gear taking off. No problems at any other RPMs or changing gears.Air filter has also been replaced regularly
