And its done.  Drove 5 plus hours to Fuel Motorsports in West Bend WI.  Picked up a uhaul trailer and drove this amazing machine home.  Just shy of 12K out the door. 0 miles on the odo.  I will still have to pay sales tax on it in MN but such is life.   The whole experience was fairly positive...

I put a down payment on an 18A.  Pick it up Saturday...  My wife was a little... Errr.... Irritated.  

Well poop.  Being the stubborn person I am I called Fuel to verify the difference between their ad and what was communicated.  Ended up putting a down payment on an FJR.  Still have to work out the details but its about 12000 OTD.  Not bad for a brand new FJR.

I appreciate the offer but I am gunning for a leftover 2018.  I want cruse, heated grips, and 6 speeds.   Almost have spousal approval.

I departed a few years ago, selling my FJR to buy a Ford Fiesta.   I’m in a position to work my way back into riding.  I have an 85 gold wing I bought for a few hundred bucks but it needs love.  I’m going to start looking for another FJR.  Soooo.  Hello from Corcoran MN! 

I have just committed to my first real hiatus from riding in 22 years when I sold my FJR last weekend. I have three young kids, a 4 year old and 2 years old twins. I didn't do it for them. I did it because, after being laid off in april, the only job that interests me is a 105 mile round trip...
