Cool beans -I'm not what you would call a mechanic - but I don't feel right paying for something I can take care of but I know my limitations -usually. This place is a HUGE help-I kinda wish I had been here before buying...NOT that I regret anything, I love the ride -this is such a "mind dump"...

All good -the bike wasn't started W /O oil - just hoping the cold didn't frig with something internal ie; seals - thanks.

Bike was put to bed this fall and the oils was drained with the intention of re-filling for the winter....life kicked stuff up a notch and the bike has set on the stand with no oil or filter in place. Since we have seen temps as low as -23 {F}, has this exposure potentialy caused harm...

Any word on if there will be a way to determine if you get a "new / improved" switch, or a herring that has been kicking around the warehouse? I need new rubber this spring and would probably have the switch replaced if the serial # dictates.

WOW - the ducts leaked on that, puts things into a different light. I was snowboarding all day in Waterville, NH today and reflected on how great things can be if you look around...talk about putting emphasis on the real. KMAC - ride safe brother.
