I'll add to the list of congrats. Way to go, George. Pretty cool that someone I met at WFO-3 won the thing. I'm gonna have to think about a rad guard for sure. I'm surprised I haven't received any major dings to the rad in my 60,000+ miles on the '03. :blink:

Derby Cycles in Shelbyville, KY - GREAT customer service by these guys--and prices are good too Plus, they just started carrying Michelin Tires--which I happen to run on the FJR--so I'm thrilled.

Just take plenty of pics. Even more then what they recommend. Have someone take some shots of you from behind the bike so they can see how you fit laterally on the stock seat. Too many pics are better than not enough. I've been pretty pleased with my Russell. However, I do need to send mine...

Seems the GVWR is 1047 lbs which leaves a carrying capacity of around 400 lbs. I'm not sure what the trailering capacity is. Granted it's for a 2003, but surely it hasn't changed too much (CLICK ME)
