Had mine since early July, like it a lot. Easy to read screen, touch screen works very well with gloves, good directions (takes a bit of time to adjust from Garmin's way of doing things). Definitely worth it in my opinion....
I would think the electronically adjustable suspension would be useful for making changes easily depending on whether you are fully loaded, partially loaded or not loaded at all....
Sorry to hear about the drop.
If anyone can confirm that the mirrors for the 2003 and the 2006's are the same I have a brand new set that the previous owner of my (now ex) FJR included with the sale that I would be willing to send you. I just traded in the 2003 FJR and my 2003 FZ1 for a 2013...

Arai Vector 2
Shark Speed Pro
Bell RS-1
Bell Star
Of those brands/models my favorite is the Bell Star, very little turbulence, flows a lot of air, doesn't fog and has a very comfortable fit with quality materials. Plus the Transitions...
My 1979 Yamaha RD400 Daytona Special had them as standard equipment from the factory and they worked very well, can't figure why Yamaha dropped this feature....
