We hit Polly's everytime we are in New Hampshire - it is worth the stop! Luckily, we have not had to wait but we would if we had to. The waitress cooks your pancakes when you're ready for them so you always get them hot, right off the griddle. Be sure to pick up a bag of pancake mix for home, too
I went with the Corbin with a "nose job" and so far am very happy with it! It does not feel as hard as everyone says it is (?) and it got me a little lower (what a wide bike)! Oh and yes, it does fill in the space against the tank nicely.

It is being lowered as I type this - has anyone had trouble riding with it lowered two inches? Scraping any parts?
