Today I installed the PIAA dual horn according to Bryan's instructional video. What a difference! It only took me a few hours with a ride to Radio Shack to make the splitters. Bryan's videos are terrific! He's gonna make a mechanic out of this dentist yet!

Thanks for that link. I was thinking about getting the rear crash bars and likely will at some point. The written instructions for the front bars first state to remove the sliders on the bike. I'm not sure what these are unless they're the small post-like extensions I've seen in some pictures...

I came from the ranks of Moto Guzzi. Put over 50k miles on two Norges. I did buy mine without a test ride. I like everything about the FJR better than the Goose. The only one thing where the Norge might excel was in physical appearance. You know those sexy Italians!
