At 43K miles on my 2006 my rear shock started to leak. The original part number is 1050.00 so kind of spendy. The new part number is 1MC-22210-50-00 and was 491.00 for the complete assembly at Moto Sport so I ordered it. It is for a 2013 up to about 2018. I installed it last night in 1.5 hours...

They are probably looking for somebody to mix up that green paint. I really hope its dark grey or black, I think its time to upgrade my 06. I want a 6th gear !!

I have 10,400 miles on my PR-2's and they do make a slight hum noise but these are the best tires I have had on this bike - second to none. Has anybody tried the PR-3's??

Anybody want to sell a stock 2006 RH mirror ?

+1 the Escort X50 has worked well - you can mount it on a Techmount stem mount that replaces your factory stem nut.

How many Riders are using the recommended Ohlin's R&T 43 Fork Oil when they change their fork oil. This is 40.00 a Liter. Has anybody found a good substitute ?

I had B-020,s on my 06 originally. They lasted about 9500 miles, both were pretty bad when I replaced them. Several members here recomended PR2,s ( very good advice ) I have almost 3000 miles on them, its hard for me to imagine a better tire for this bike. :yahoo:

I took a 19 mm bolt, cut off the hex and welded it to a 3/8 drive socket I tore up some years back - > 50 cents - who's the cheeper bastid ??? :yahoo:
