Last weekend I was finally able to install a set of LD35's from LEDrider.com, on the new anti-vibe mirror brackets. First of all, let me say that these brackets are the most physically sturdy light mounts I've used or seen. Whatever lights you end up attaching to them aren't going anywhere...

The Skenes with the regular tail lights they offer are great. I had them on my RT previously. I rescued the front LED controller from the RT, but the rear lights were more hard-wired in so I didn't bother, hence my interest in trying out the whelens.

I've been considering doing this set up, but using the Skene IQ-160TS and 2 of the whelens side-by-side. Has anyone tried or thought of doing this? As usual, I'd love to see it in action before doing it!

I'm an avid lane splitter, so I'll suggest using a headlight modulator. Since you're saying its legal "here", I'm guessing you're also in CA - the hazards are not legal. They are there to warn folks of a hazard on the road - by using them while splitting, I'd argue that you are calling yourself...

I purchased the Cycle Gear brand SAE-> USB pigtail and it's crap. I get the same error message with my iPhone that's been reported here. It was only $10 so no big deal, but it's annoying considering it's *just* a USB charger. This is using the official apple lightning cable, fwiw... My guess...
