there are really helpful videos on youtube, that helped me figure it out too.....once you got it it's pretty easy when you're in the garage at home....stranded on the side of a highway might be another stressful thing

Well i did it...pulled the trigger on a 2016 K1600GTL today....after 2x FJR's i am changing teams....i went for a trial ride last week and that nailed it for me, WOW!! improved comfort for both riders (i always ride 2-up), Radio, Superior wind protection (actually able to ride with visor up)...

I am planning this ride in august with the bikes departing from Front Royal, Va. heading south. My question is, are there any recommended "Motorcycle Friendly" car & trailer parking in Front Royal where i can leave these for approx 8-10 days ? our plan is to trailer the bikes to this location...

Guys, i'm thinking of putting a hitch on my 2014 for a long trip planned next year with the wife and towing a trailer. I am curious, where does the Hitch attach itself to the bike exactly ? any pictures ? is it easily done ? i see that Bushtec sells a Hitch kit for 439$ but.... Thanks

This might be a NEPRT but i'm looking to change my OEM original seat due to discomfort from both my wife & I on longer rides......i was looking at Corbin, but also noticed there is an OEM Comfort seat...any opinions or recommendations would be appreciated from people who have tried these. Thanks

i live just North of Montreal and your trip route looks decent.......some nice areas will be between Quebec city & Escoumins area, Gaspe & then obviously the Cabot Trail.....the only comment i can make, since you will be riding just by the area is Bar Harbor, Maine, it is a very scenic area well...

2 things happened this week; 1- a buddy of mine bought a Kawasaki Concours earlier this year, eventhough i told him to buy the FJR, and he let me try it for a worth while ride this week..... i MUCH preferred my FJR. 2- That same buddy who is not enthused by his Concours test rode a 2014...

My wife and i are planning a trip to SF next Sept.....i would like to rent a bike and ride down the coast....i was suggested to ride to Morro Bay and then return, however i would also like to see Yosemite (partially anyway !). Is this feasable in a 3-4 day rental ? any road suggestions ?

I will be passing thru that area in a few weeks heading to North Conway (from Portland area).....was looking at the map and wondering if i should stay on 302 or take a little loop around the lake (Rte 114) ? i sthe view of the lake worth the detour ? Any suggestions, Thanks
