Sorry folks no contest. The Hayabusa is way way ahead in power and handling. It revs 2000 rpm's higher, and has more torque down low. The FJR is much much more comfortable for long trips, but it would get it's lunch eaten on a drag strip or a road course. I shift out of 2nd gear at about...

One more minor detail. When I removed the rear wheel I found about a tbsp of gear lube inside the splined drive area. I will keep an eye on it, but I suspect I will need the oil seal (item #5 on the parts list). Should be able to wait till winter. Over and out. Zoltan
