    Aftermarket horn on a 2018

Has anyone added a air horn like a Stebel to a 2018 FJR?  I would like to replace the stock horn with something that would actually work!  I searched the forums and found lots of old old info, but all of the pictures were removed or the links didn't work, and the installs were all on much older...

Where to park my Truck & Trailer

Where to park a Truck & Trailer I'm heading down to Arkansas this Friday from north of the Twin Cities Minnesota and Wednesday we're supposed to get another 3-6" south of the cities, in addition to the 18" we just got this weekend. I don't want to ride my FJR on wet salt covered roads, so I'm...

    Tires for an Alaskan trip

I'm looking for tire recommendations for a trip that will be about 8500 miles on an FJR. I normally use Pilot Road 4s, and really love them, but I don't think they'll go the distance, and I'd like to avoid getting new tires on the trip. I will be doing some camping, so although I will be...

PCH to South then North thru central California

I'm looking for nice twisty roads that will lead me to some of the scenic areas, including Yosemite NP. I want...

tank bag and back seat bag recommendations

I have a 2013 FJR and I am seeking recommendations for a tank bag for touring and for a waterproof bag for my back seat. For the tank bag I'm thinking of a magnetic one that also has a clear top for map or cell phone use. For the back seat bag I'm wanting a large waterproof one that will hold...

pilot road4 Gt or just pilot road 4?

I have a 2013 FJR and am wondering if I should go with GTs or regular pilot road 4 tires. I may do some light touring/overnight trips with it. I do not ride two up. Recommendations

    2013 fairing "vent" options

I'm wondering on the purpose of the different settings. If I set them to the optional setting, do they direct more fresh air towards the rider? Or do they channel warmer air off of the engine towards the rider?

    2010 Bar Risers

I'm looking for some bar risers for my 2010 FJR. I'd like some similar to the Sling Shot Racing ones that move the bars one inch up and one inch back, but those don't seem to be available for the 2010 models. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    Heat Shields

I just picked up an 08 FJR and I have heard that the exhaust near the footpegs has a habit or possibility of melting boots. I'm wondering what size the exhaust pipe is and looking for recommendations on good brands of shields for that area. Thanks
