    Fuel gauge problem

Hello! There is a problem with my 2005 FJR. Fuel gauge showing empty always even if tank is full. I think the problem is fuel gauge board (i test it with ohmmeter and there is wrong numbers). So, the question - is the fuel gauge board (with float) for 2006+ FJR compatible to FJR 2005 (i know...

    Clutch overheat

Thank you for answering And do i need to change oil again? It was changed before this ride. I don't think that may be some issues with it (i ride only about 4 miles and not higher than 4K RPM). Bot someone tells me that there maybe problems with oil due to clutch heat.

    Clutch overheat

Hello i have a question Today i replace a clutch cylinder kit on my 2005 Gen1 FJR. But i place a rod not proper, it was too deep in the cylinder and i ride about 2 miles on half-pulled clutch before it overheats. On the half way i realise that there are problems and turn back. With every mile...

Steel brake lines for Gen 1 ABS

Hello, I'm a proud owner of 2005 AC ABS and i feel that my front brakes are like sponge now. I think that brake lines were't changed for 10 years. Pads are new, fluid too, but a need almost all of my power on the lever to block the front wheel. So, i need to change the brake lines. Will...

    Proper shifting RPM?

I have AC with simple hydraulic clutch. I dont have grinding, it's only interesting, why for example it switches from 2nd to 3rd with "clunk" on 3K RPM and with silent "snick" on 5K

    Proper shifting RPM?

O, i wrote it with is mistake, it's must be "if there is NO gear grinding there is no reason to be nervous?" There is absolutely no resistance on certain RPM (for example 5K from 2nd to 3rd gear). So, question is - is this normal, or in all RPM range must not be any clicks, clunks and...

    Proper shifting RPM?

But is there something bad in switching resistance or if there is now gear grinding there is no reason to be nervous?

    Proper shifting RPM?

Hello, i realize that on my 2005 FJR1300AC shifting is not the same on different RPM. For example from 1st to 2nd there is like butter on 2-3K RPM and from 3rd to 4th is great on ~5K... On other RPM it's some... not clunky, but there is need to a little bit of power to switch and some sound...
