Went to go to work this morning and my 06 FJR 15K almost daily rider won't start. I turned the key let the gages do their thing hit the button and got 1/2 of a very strong normal start and then the bike just died. Almost like I accidentally hit the kill switch. I turned the key off then back on, gages do their thing, turn signal indicator light on, etc, but I don’t hear the fuel pump, and when I hit the start button nothing not a peep. Got home from work and plugged the trickle charger on and within 2 minutes the light was green. So I don't think it is a battery issue. What should I check for?

Checked the fuses all look good. Swaped out the main ones with the spairs. no luck. also with the key on there is no horn, no windshield up, no turn signals.

Pulled battery terminals let sit for 5 minutes. hooked them back up same issue no start!!

Thanks in advance

It could be the S4 Spider:

Repair Kit: https://www.fjrforum.com/forum//index.php?showtopic=126635

or it could be a Weak Battery or Loose/Corroded Connections.

or it could be a defective Ignition Switch:

Good Luck with your fix...
Battery is showing 13.24v connectors look good.
Possibly starter relay....

What's up with all these starting issues going on? Must be the apocolypse or something.
