I tried the search, but didn't find much info on this subject.

I have almost 10K on my '07 now and by brake pads appear to have many more miles on them.

I was just curious to know what kind of milage you guys (and girls) are getting out of your brakes.

I've got 31k on my 04 FJR and still have not had to replace the brake pads yet.

There you go....try searching on the correct spelling of mileage. brake pad mileage site:fjrforum.com

Or this gem when you search on brake pad average site:fjforum.com.
Cool, that's what I was looking for. This is a bit embarrassing.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Feel free to close this useless thread.

You mean the FJR has Brakes??? I know you didn't mean breaks...right? write, rite....hmmmm

Use them to you need new ones, no worries!

Front changed out 38,000-ish miles & rear changed out @ 47,000-ish miles. Both still had a little meat left on them... but not much.

33,000 on the 07 thus far. Both front and rear appear to be good for a change at 40,000.

And I'm hard on brakes!

Cripes! Y'all are rear brake abusers!

138,000 miles on my original rear pads. There's almost nothing left, and they will be replaced at my next rear tire swap sometime in the next 1000 or so miles.

And yes, I DO use my rear brake.
