Love that Techno Jade color. I think it was available here one year (2007?) on the AE model.

The Techno Jade color is very nice when you see it in a showroom or in a cloudy weather.

When you see it in the sun it looks discolored...

Cerulean blue silver, cerulean silver, silver storm,or bluish silver BS4 is the same color!

The Gen 2 mirrors that i have install in my Gen 1 Bluish silver BS4,I bought them from a forum member here, and his bike is a 06 AE Cerulean blue silver..

The color of the mirrors is exactly the same like my bike color is.

I love it also. But alas, it was just another of the cool colors never brought across the pond.

Nor was the Desert Metallic of 2006 that I also loved.

I am surprised there was no mention of the changes to the FJR in 2008.

What I couldn't help but notice was the part about the 2009 AE models getting a different shift program that helps with around-town riding. I have a neighbor who has an '09 AE. Next time I see him, I'm going to ask if he'll trade bikes with me for a day to test it out and see if it really is any better in slow speed situations.

Can't say I noticed any difference between my '06 and my '10 in the shifting, but the '10's throttle control was definitely better.
