Wow, 3000 miles on it! That equates to one solid afternoon of riding each and every year since new!

Hard to imagine why the owner would take 10 years to decide that they don't really need this bike.

Low-mileage AE's are becoming hard to find for those who want (or need) one.

Prob decided a horizontally opposed in line four was too confusing

 
I agree that the first picture is not the same bike. Looks like a '13. Other pictures are clearly NOT a '13 - shiny front fender and lack of clutch lever. Also the "aftermarket fog lights" and (apparently) Canyon Cages.

I would certainly approach this with some caution.

 
Looks suspect overall. With the 2013 as the leading picture either the bike is hot, seller doesnt know what they have, or bike is a unicorn.

 
Just picked one up for under $5k with 15k (08 AE) but had upgraded suspension, RDL, other good stuff. Coolant, brake, and clutch fluids were all probably original real nasty stuff. Overall pleased with purchase.
