Saw an FJR today, a bit confused though

I was returning from my daughters soccer game driving east on I235 in Des Moines when I see ahead an FJR. As I closed the distance I see it's blue, as I get closer preparing to give the rider a thumbs up I then realize that the rider is wearing pink fishnets and looks to be not wearing pants...

Now this was a large person, couldn't tell if they were female or not but the pink fishnets really threw me, I'm also hoping that they were just wearing flesh colored pants as well.

Gave my thumbs up and kept on driving. Still not quite sure what to think about that. Well good ride to you Sir? or is it Madam?
