Now that is a ride and ride report to take us along. Best wishes with your bud, (Ford?), I can relate to his situation all too well. Exact same thing with me as well. Little over 3 years ago. Look inside, stent maybe (or wishful thinking) and next day, quintuple bypass. Doc kept me off bike for 10 weeks. And the first several of those, I gladly obliged..

Can't believe I missed this thread. Most assuredly subscribed now. Selfishly, I look at those pictures of Monument Valley, JTNP, and others and try to place myself and my bike there. It's wonderful day dreaming as the relentless and endless thunderstorms and showers CONTINUE outside my window. Thanks for the eye candy!
