I know this has been written numerous times before, but I have to say it again, Garauld ROCKS! I gouged the paint on my mirror on the chrome mirror of my wife's bike and Gary made it look all shiney and new again. The best part was the turn aroound time. I had it back in a week! Shipping time and everything. Great job, great customer service, great price.

I just recently received my rack and agree that it is a quality piece that looks like it came from the factory! I have the mini which is perfect to tie down some soft luggage, and maintains the sporty look when nothing on it.
