Looking at the OEM parts fiche offered at www.ronayers.com, it appears to be shown on the FJR parts fiche for the FJR1300, 2009 model on the "Rear Arm" selection.

I'm thinking that if you went to really good bearing supply store, they might just have a plug that would fit nicely and cover the hole for a whole lot less money...
