Great deal on a new 07 AE

Just a little heads up if your interested. I stopped in at the Yamaha dealer in Superior WI and seen they had a new but slightly dusty 07 AE model sitting there for $11,000. Seems like a great deal waiting for a lucky guy.

Not too bad.

If patient, good deals can be found on both new and ever so slightly used AE FJRs.

For example:

New 07 AE for just under $10,500

New 08 AE for just under $11,100

And if you're really into bargains, well you can get the following 'lightly' used 04 FJR with only 100,000 miles for a song! :lol:

I just picked up an '06 AE with 2600 miles from a dealer for $7500. They even did all the recalls and changed the oil before they delivered it (for no charge). A dealer will not be able to negotiate as easily on a brand new bike as on a trade-in, where they have already made the money up front selling it to the first guy/gal.

Lots of deals to be had in this economy and I suspect more bikes will come onto the market as the weather warms up.
