Gen 1 Russell Day Long seats

I have a set of Day Long seats for sale, rider and passenger. Built for 6'5" 270 lb rider and 5'4" 130 lb passenger. Vinyl seat material. This was my favorite mod I did for the FJR, it really made a difference in riding comfort for both me and my wife. The passenger seat has a rub mark on each...

I actually had a shop get all the rust out for me, but the water vent is rusted through so it leaks gas if you fill it with about 2 gallons or more. Were you guys able to patch that up in your tanks?

The Secret SV-650/1000 Suzuki Owners Society

Still have to change the fork oil/seals, tires, chain and sprockets, and somehow find a good used tank to replace the...

    Biker or Motorcyclist

Labels are always a little too restrictive for me. Personally I don't care what category someone might put me in, I'm having more fun riding than those who don't :P Maybe I'm just a traveler with a great mode of transportation. I need more beer...

Seen the dark at the end of the tunnel

I had a similar sentiment a while back. Cutting out the number of commuting miles helped more than I thought it would. I used to pride myself on commuting on the motorcycle regardless of weather, but it wears you out fast, and then riding is more of a chore than enjoyment. Now I don't feel bad...
