Somewhere I read about installing these guards that fit around the grips. I ordered all the stuff, but I can't find where I read the article. It was specific, concerning how to install these on the FJR. Anyone recall where I might have read this. It was on the internet.

I had a flat rear tire at the 1000 mile mark on my '06. So, While apart, I pulled the shaft to discover very little grease on the splines. If nothing else I feel better that I looked. Thanks to those on the site who mentioned this in past posts. Thanks to the great pictures, also.

I read about taking the bar locating pin out and setting the bars at a better angle. I'm not sure I want to do this, but I have to do something, soon. The stock bar location is "killing" me. Any thoughts on this mod would be appreciated.

I glued some thin foam sheet material that I picked up at Home Depot, to the sides and bottom. This allows me to put anything inside, without concerns about stuff banging around. Sunglasses, Garage door opener, etc.

Wonder how the small Slime unit would work on the FJR. Will the power port on my '06 provide enough "juice" ? Anyone used one, before? Forgive if this has been covered, before.

I know this has been discussed before, but where can I purchase the extended warranty at a reasonable price. Tx
