    Riders over 6'5"?

Fellas, I am 6'6" 215lbs, I wear a 36-38" length pant. Obviously I need a larger bike. From my past posts, you'll know I am considering a number of bikes including the FJR. Just curious to see if there are guys my size who fit comfortably on the FJR without any modifications? The Adventure...

    Is FJR a good commuter?

Jasen, very similar to you, I go from Forney to Addison :) .. so sometimes, I take 80 to George Bush to N.Tollway South (which would be my preferred route on the bike I'm sure). Other times I take 20 to 635 on up the TEXpress lanes to the tollway... and other times I take 20 to 175 through...

    Is FJR a good commuter?

Will do, I know a friend of mine rides up there to go fishing, so I know it'll be one of our destinations.

    Is FJR a good commuter?

LOL, Lord no... 45 miles one way... for now at least :) . I do plan to join my local FJR riders for longer trips as well, REALLY looking forward to that part!

    Is FJR a good commuter?

Ok fellas, is it too heavy to be a good commuter? It's not JUST good for long trips is it? My commute is about 90 miles, mainly in traffic, but at time open 80mph tollways followed by bumpy backroads. I've always wanted an FJR, and I am considering picking up a 2016 model... but the lighter...

Riding jackets, which do you recommend?

I have the same over pants... got them out of the attic this last weekend... they're ready to go.. now to find my jacket ... I've never done soooo much research.. guess it's good to do, and fun to boot! I just keep adding more and more to my Revzilla cart... everything from a Rukka AiRider...

Hey guys, just seeing if there is a Dallas riders group in here? This section of the forum seems a little slow Kevin

Riding jackets, which do you recommend?

Guys, I used to ride with my Olympia 4-season jacket.. loved it, but that was a few years ago. I'm starting to shop again, but thought I would ask FJR riders what they wear if you're touring. What jacket are the best these days ($300 budget).... I'm in Texas, so heat is a factor Thanks in...

Feedback Please on my Craigslist Ad

Hope I'm not overstepping my bounds here, since I'm new, but honestly, to me, that ad would scare me away from the bike. I love how honest you're being, but wow, just opening the ad and seeing all of that would make me move to the next one. Something to be said for Cliff Notes "Transmission...
