    cycleport/motoport users questions

For clarification, per Wayne's website, they dropped the velcro flaps over the zippers: https://motoport.worldsecuresystems.com/_product_106916/Air_Mesh_Kevlar_Pant "The main photo on this page shows the current small flaps covering both leg zippers. We do not have any velcro flaps covering...

    cycleport/motoport users questions

It's stiff, and most of it never goes away. Sorry. I've got 40K miles on my Motoport pants. The Ultra II Mesh pants are the easiest to get in of pretty much any pant out there. With the liner, it's a PITA only because of the velcro closure. The outer pants are easy by themselves. The process is...

    Adaptiv TPX Radar Detector

I tried one at the same time as my 8500. The adaptiv unit proved thoroughly worthless at picking up K and Ka, but it picked up every single X signal before the 8500 did. Unfortunately, I haven't seen an actual cop running an X band gun for some time.

Question for those who've taken the plunge and own a Sena SMH10

They still have some quality issues just like yours. But all accounts are that they take care of you pretty quick after you report a problem. I have the headset and the same clamp, no problems with alignment or function.

    50 mph Headshake

Change the tire. And while you're messing with it, back compression out all the way (20 clicks or so). Adjust rebound to your liking, then (and only then) add compression damping. Provided that the forks are put together correctly (same actual internal preload on the springs, same clicker...

    Fork tube stuck

Put the fork in a vise, clamped by the leg, nut the upper tube. Apply heat gradually, and attempt to move the tube. If it's still not working, there are only 2 options I know of: PM HaulinAshe. He's like Obi-Wan, he's your last hope without shipping the fork.

    TireGuard TPMS 2-Wheel System ???

    1) A TPMS that isn't in your primary or secondary visual field is next to worthless. A tire can deflate from a puncture faster than you can pull out a keyfob. 2) If it's not waterproof, it can't go on the dash or out in the open. This may not apply to you, but it sure does to me. That said, I...

    Sena SMH-10 Bluetooth Communicator

Jeff is so full of crap. ;) So, the issues with the Sena as I see them are much the same as Jeff. Now, I wear earplugs, I have a whole battalion of custom molded earplugs for various purposes, with and without speakers. The Sena speakers are loud. Louder (with clarity and no distortion) than...
