Yup, had a chance to ride the new Concourse 14 today for about 15 miles. Have to say that it isn't quite what I expected, and it definately isn't an FJR. First thing is that the c14 is a little more "sport" and a little less "touring" than the FJR. It really is fffffast and handles well, but...

There is a new Technical service bulletin out on 2003 through 2007 FJR1300's with the touring trunk installed. The bulletin is to reinforce the base that the trunk mounts to due to it fracturing. TSB# m2007-013. That is all.

I got my Comfort Seat from Yamaha today. Very nice look and feel to the seat. My initial impression was that it is much stiffer than the stocker. After my 50+ mile ride home from work tonight I found that it is an improvement over stock and I can't wait to break it in fully!
