Pegscraper, If you are going that way you shouldn't pass up riding up 141 to visit the Gateway Automobile Museum. Both the ride on 141 and the museum visit are worth your time.

I'm 70 now and last summer I found that at 12,000 feet in Montana I didn't have the strength to do anything when standing still on my feet including take off my Klim jacket to adjust the ventilation zippers. I had no problem at that elevation when moving on the bike. Moving must have created an...

For those still looking for lodging, check out the motels in Greeley which are 15 to 20 minutes east of the Loveland Hampton Inn. I stayed in Greeley last summer because the room rates were considerably less expensive than Loveland.

I went through RMNP on the FJR last year on my way to NAFO. Mr. & Mrs. Linc tagged along with me part way but they were unable to attend the meet last year. It is a spectacular view.

The wife and I are planning on being there but we are coming in a cage. We plan on being the chase car for which ever group Linc and Mrs Linc ride with. Wish I was riding the FJR but the body is no longer willing.
