    SOLD -- I have a 2003 FJR 1300. Purchased new. One of the first in the US. Rode it for a couple of years and it's been garaged ever since. Very clean. A few minor catches, but never dropped/crashed. Asking $6,000. Located in Conifer, Colorado.

    January 13, 2003. I believe, according to the serial number, that mine was the 24th FJR imported to the US (someone would have to fact check me on that). Mine has only about 4K miles on and is in pristine shape. Never dropped.

    Good time to sell 2003 Gen 1?

    Ok...... say what you will. I stopped riding after I became an EMT. As a result I have a 2003 FJR1300 sitting under very dusty covers in my garage. If I understand the serial numbers, it was the 24th unit shipped into the US when they opened up the market in 03. It's in excellent condition...
