Jeanne and I had a nice dinner with Frank in SOCAL before we embark on her "Post Cancer Cruise".

Frank looks GREAT! He appears about 10 years younger with less weight and more hair than he did last winter in BAJA. I bet he doesn't advocate for his type of diet plan though.

Thanks to John for starting this post and everybody that sent thoughts & prayers. Looks like they worked.

I've got the GPS locked in on the road to recovery and plan on being back on two wheels later this summer. The NE Provences are calling.....
