I went out to ride this morning and a big fat screw head was right in the middle of my rear tire. I removed the tire, paid my motorcycle raper shop $38.19 to patch it, and put it back on.
While still on the centerstand I started it up. When it's in gear at idle speed it makes awful noises and sounds like the gears are meshing tooth for tooth. The noise goes away when I rev it up a little bit. Is this normal, or should I be concerned.
