Gen III Windshield removal.

There is a Allen screw on the bottom of each cover that you must remove and they will come off. If you look up from the bottom you will easily figure it out.

 
no, there is one bolt on each. look up from the bottom of the cover.

Directions from CalSci:

Remove the two 3mm allen head screws behind the windshield on the bottom facing down which hold on the painted screw covers. Pull the bottom edge of the covers outwards gently about 1/4" (6mm). The plastic covers now slide upwards about 1/4" and pop off.

 
Do those covers over the mounting screws just pop off?

So, years ago somebody knew how to remove the windscreen on a design that was first available on the market eleven months ago? Amazing. Who knew we had members here who are prescient ?
