Unfortunately no, they were mounted when i purchased the used bike.

OP, Nice 2013 !!! I have one just like it w/ 58k miles and it (mostly) still looks like new!

I did add a 'kickstand foot' so it will never roll off the kickstand in gravel or pointing downhill. BTDT...
