Two things convinced him that both I and Yamaha knew more than he did: first, I told him there would be oil in the exhaust system before Yamaha told him the same thing; and second, I told him Yamaha would want to verify his parts list for the fix. When that came true, I could hear his whole attitude shift.</p><p></p><p>I hate that Yamaha is playing this so close to the vest, and as a result is making life unnecessarily painful for dealers and owners alike.</p></blockquote><p></p>
