Sunday April 28 - Dual Sport Ride of Mogollon Rim-FR300. Meet at the Chevron Station across the Beeline Highway AZ 87 from the Fort McDowell Casino for 0800 hours departure. Depending on our group size, we'll either eat at "The Little Cafe" or "Highway 260 Cafe" in Payson.

Ride from east to west and when we hit the pavement we'll reassemble at "Strawberry Lodge" for pie. [email protected] or 480-440-4666

Well, I was going to say something extremely funny, but I don't want to take your ride thingy off topic and have you report me.

So I'll keep it on topic by saying, this sounds like a very fun ride Don, but I will not be able to make it. Please wear your high-viz gear. This will reduce your chance of being killed by 37%. Depending on which unscientific biased study you believe!

Have a safe and fun ride. I respectfully look forward to your ride report and pictures.

Thanks HRZ about reminding Don to ware his high-rez gear. It can be dangerous out there.

Could I get some details? Like how much dirt vs street? Would my WR450F with knobbies be a good fit for this ride? Would it be OK to bring a truck and "stage" at the gas station, or would everyone ride their bikes to the meeting point?

My bike is street legal and has a desert tank, but it's really set up for dirt, so long highway drones are not great on it.

Don has more details on where we're going, but its about a 90 mile ride from the Chevron station at Fort McDowell up to Payson.

maffud Dan I'd trailer my WR450F to Payson Airport, another WR450F rider is doing that also!
Hi Dan maffud, please feel free to give me a call or send me an email. I no longer post up here, all my Upcoming Rides are over at FJRiders.com

I took the liberty of adding your name to the Breakfast Attendance Roster in case you can make this ride, I sure hope that you can join us!
