FJR Techmount stem stand mount, with mounting plate and two stems. Used for ~1.5 years on a 2004 model, then taken off and put in storage. Very good condition, and ready to mount a GPS/Radar Detector/Other accessory.
The plate has velcro on it at the moment. Easy enough to remove if it does not suit your target application.
