Yes, you can disable the retract.

Not sure if that was me , I have a plate bracket that has Dragon Slayer on it.

It would have been last Wednesday around 11:30-noon.

It was an 05 (pretty sure) but it had a personal tag on it. I couldn't quite make it out.

Mine's an 06.... so Cobalt Blue.
