160 days and counting!

So I just got a call from the Gateway Inn. Turns out there's two more events happening that same weekend (a wedding and some sort of local Salida event) which equates to a limited number of rooms available!

Since we're a returning group, they've offered to block off some rooms for us. I asked for 18 rooms, the same number we had last year. While the rooms are blocked, the room/bed types (single or double) are not, so be sure to call the hotel and make your reservations to get a room of your choice! (Note: the block will be lifted 30 days prior to SW-FOG)

Restaurants weren't ready to discuss details of the meals, ergo, I don't have a price yet. I updated the website to temporarily remove the paypal instruction section to reduce confusion (you're not the first to ask)

Booked a room today. They told me very few rooms were left. Had to take a smoking room to get a single downstairs. No problem, I'll just make do.

Looking to be there. Sorry I missed last year, but "maintenance" on me was necessary. That broke my string of having attended all SW-FOG's.

We have five rooms left in our reserved block. Get them while you can and before they release them! I just spoke with them, and they said if you're still thinking about it, they would prefer you go ahead and reserve and you can always cancel later without penalty.
