I think I’m going to purchase the NC VStream Yamaha Touring windscreen, hoping the slightly more upright angle, extension of 3.2”, and the contours will eliminate buffeting.
Still open to input.
I will most likely need to replace my stock windscreen as I get pretty buffeted at higher speed and have a hard time carrying on a conversation over my communication device. I am 6-2 and 33” inseam.
Before I do, I wonder if it is safe and worth the trouble to try to shim the stock windshield...

That is funny, and it is me. After a lot of years of having self- canceling turn indicators, my wife is getting rich over the month I have had my FJR charging me a quarter for every time she has to remind me to turn my signal off. It is so frustrating seeing how difficult it is to remember.
