My reasoning had more to do with the fact that it looks like someone stole the photo and wrote a generic description. The photo is grainy and looks screenshot. I have seen this posting "style" mimicked by many CL scammers. Low miles, low prices, ignorance combine to make me wonder.

Mine us tied into the vent tubes on the bottom of the bike. I don't know if I buy into the superstitions wholeheartedly or not. But they are fun gifts to give to riding buddies. And if you put them where you can see them, they remind you to ride safe.
